Our fund raiser and informative evening with you and our supporters, so Travis can thank you and update you in person about all the work that is taking place in Ganta.
Free will offering supper begins at 4:30pm
Mission Update at 5:30pm
Music from 6-7:00pm
Games, family events and silent auction all night long
Don Lamb, Lamb Farms, have graciously offered to host our cookout.
We will serve Grandpa Jay’s pork burgers, Glovers Ice Cream, homemade baked goods and other “Indiana” food, something Travis looks forward to.
We will have a silent auction where you will find unique Liberian handicrafts and clothing, along with gift certificates to your favorite places in central Indiana.
There will be music and tabletop information about the mission so you can mingle and spend some time with Travis.
Plus there is the “Make a Difference Day” canning and supplies drive that will be taking place. This goal is to fill 500 canning jars with much needed supplies in Liberia as a part of an AgriInstitute project.
We are looking for new 8, 10 or 12 ounce canning jars (in the box is best) lids and bands. We are looking to fill the jars with items
such as; vegetable seed packets, dry food supplies (evaporated milk, oatmeal, baby formula, elbow macaroni, spaghetti, hard candies), and medical supplies (Calamine lotion, Elastic bandages, Examination gloves, vitamins A and B, Qtips, cotton balls).
Please be sure to make your reservation by May 24th:
